Rates types & Cancellation policy

Important

Rooms must be booked with Half Board (Dinner and Breakfast mandatory) or Full Board (optional) during all weekends, bank holidays, Easter and whole August.
Rest of  dates you can book accommodation only.

Normal Rate:

Normal Rate can be used both through the website and by telephone (or in person).

Normal Rate allows full refund if cancellation is made some days in advance:

• Reservations from 1 to 2 nights: 7 days in advance
• Reservations from 3 to 14 nights: 15 days in advance
• Reservations of 15 nights or more: 30 days in advance

After this period, refunds are not accepted, even for partial cancellation of non consumed meals, breakfasts, stays or services that were previously reserved.

Web Rate:

Web Rate has an accommodation price 20% more advantageous compared to the normal rate and has the following conditions:

You can only use it through the website of Casa Rural Ahora through secure payment by bank card. It is not possible to contract this rate in telephone or face-to-face reservations.

Minimum stay in all accommodation units: 2 nights (on some specific dates it may be longer: bank holidays, Easter …)

Does not allow reimbursement.
